Sous Chef
The Sous Chef plays a leadership role within the kitchen, supporting the Executive Chef in maintaining culinary standards, team flow, and service execution. This position bridges vision and execution, ensuring consistency, discipline, and creativity throughout daily operations while fostering a respectful and focused kitchen culture.
