Server

Host / Maître d’

The Host / Maître d’ is the first and lasting impression of Off The Clock. This role sets the tone for the entire experience by welcoming guests with warmth, clarity, and intention while managing the flow of the room. Equal parts hospitality and orchestration, the Host / Maître d’ ensures that every arrival feels considered and every departure leaves an impression.

Line Cook

The Line Cook is responsible for executing menu items with precision and consistency while maintaining a clean, organized, and disciplined station. This role is essential to delivering a seamless dining experience through focus, timing, and respect for the craft.

Sous Chef

The Sous Chef plays a leadership role within the kitchen, supporting the Executive Chef in maintaining culinary standards, team flow, and service execution.
